“Guangdong Shenling Air-conditioning Equipment Co., Ltd.” was officially renamed as “Guangdong Shenling Environmental Systems Co., Ltd.” with the approval of the Market Supervision and Administration of Shunde District, Foshan.

A simple yet lively unveiling ceremony was held in the auditorium at the headquarters this morning, with attendance of members of the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, top and middle management, represented by Chairperson Cui and General Manager Pan. The ceremony was presided over by Lin Jianming, Secretary of the Board of Directors and Vice General Manager, and jointly unveiled by Chairperson Cui Yingqi and General Manager Pan Zhanhua.

Chairperson Cui delivered a speech at the banquet after the ceremony that the establishment of Guangdong Shenling Environmental Systems Co., Ltd. was another milestone for Shenling, which marks the beginning of a new operating mode and plays a positive and significant role in the future development of the company.

Firstly, he expressed his gratitude to the board members, top management, middle management and all employees for their efforts and hard work in the development of the company. He pointed out: “Being a limited liability company means the company has now under the supervision of the public. As an enterprise of modern management, one of the symbolic features is the compliance with laws and regulations. This is indeed a new challenge to the company, which entails greater pressure and longer paths.
