1. Safety guarantee system for ship-to-shore docking

In order to meet the requirements of the IMO Convention, the safety module of ship-to-shore docking should be set up in front of the terminal exhaust gas recovery device. Its purpose is to monitor the exhaust gas pressure, temperature, flow rate and oxygen content equivalent during the loading process, and to respond to the excess value, including directly cutting off the exhaust gas transportation and adjusting the exhaust gas transportation, so as to prevent safety accidents. The safety guarantee system for ship-to-shore docking includes the oil and gas collection system. The complete machine has obtained the explosion-proof fan with the certificate. When the berth is loaded on board, the fan will start to transport oil and gas to the oil and gas recovery system and control the pressure in the pipe section.

2. Special double channel condensate system for wharf

The continuous loading time at the dock is longer than 72 hours. The condensing part adopts double channel & evaporator design. When the resistance caused by local blockage is too large, switch to the standby evaporator for refrigeration and make full use of the heat of the compressor to defrost the main evaporator. Defrosting and refrigeration are carried out at the same time to achieve uninterrupted operation throughout the year.

3. Safety and explosion protection for complete machine

The complete machine has obtained the explosion-proof certificate issued by Nanyang Explosion Protected Electrical Apparatus Research Institute. All components are EX explosion-proof components and each explosion-proof part has obtained the certificate. The alarm for combustible or toxic gas is set in the machine to detect the leakage of combustible/toxic gas in time. The refrigeration compressor is adopted by using pressure vessel design with the designed pressure bearing of above 10Bar, which can ensure the intactness of the evaporator in gas flash explosion. The compressor has good explosion-proof performance. The inner core of evaporator is of detachable structure, convenient for maintenance and cleaning, and there are plate type, finned tube type, shell and tube type, etc.

4. Discharge up to environmental standards

5. Control system

The oil and gas recovery unit can adopt automatic/manual control mode. The automatic mode includes operation mode and standby mode. PLC and automatic control of touch screen are adopted for easy to operate. The field equipment enables remote communication, Modbus RTU communication protocol and RS 485 communication interface, which enables remote monitoring and operation of the equipment.
